have had the fantastic PS-02 for about 6 months now.. I`ve had the guitar 6 months longer. although I`m a very clumsy guitarist I`ve Had great fun amusing myself and now decided I want to go on another step. When trying to copy files from s/media cards to computer using card manager nothing seems to be happening. I managed to do this 6 weeks ago but since then my system has had to have windows re-installed I lost some files & nothing seems to work. I am not computer illiterate but am about at "the cat in the hat" stage Any help would be greatly appreciated and advice on what software to buy to make this easier would be good to. Many thanks
If you have used the downloaded software with success before, you should be able to again assuming you start at the same point. In other words don't assume anything. Just start from a scratch re-load of the software. Also, the tools you need are located at ARMIN's site advertised at the top of this forum.
