SongEditor1.0 will be available in this month.
PatternEditor1.2 is available.
PatternEditor1.2 is the same as 1.1 (only some bugfixes).
PatternEditor1.2 will be a free update for users of 1.0/1.1 (this month).

Hey Armin,
I checked out the demo running virtual pc on my powerbook. Since a lot of music is made on Macs are you considering making a mac version of your pattern editor. I, for one, would buy it.

Hey JimD,
Have you tried running a cable from your headphone jack on your ps-2 into the mic jack on your pc and just recording the songs on your pc. That's what I did before I bought a smartcard reader. You can either mix down the whole song into stereo or turn down the volume on everything except one track if you want to edit the tracks on your pc.
Also, just a suggestion, it is easier for other people to make suggestions if you describe your exact setup. What kind of computer (laptop or pc), what kind of inputs and outputs are available to you, what software do you have available to you on your computer, and what you are doing step by step that is causing your problem. My apologies if I missed that from an earlier thread.
This forum is great for people figuring out work-arounds to problems that we all encounter. You've had your PS-2 for 6 months already. Don't sweat it. That lightbulb is eventually going to come on and then everything will fall into place. Just because you buy new gear doesn't mean you won't encounter new challenges with that gear. This is a powerful tool out of the box, and folks here give you the goods to make it even more powerful.
Good luck!
