Thanks, but can you monitor effects?

Thanks for the insight into my former post. You've all been helpful.

I am being a bit too picky. I actually called my friend tonight and told her of the supposed "drawbacks." She laughed because she said they didn't seem like problems for her.

Really, my main concern is this: can you monitor effects in real time? Can you assign reverb to the built in mic, and then hear the voice w/ the reverb in the headphones as you record a take?

Sometimes in these units, effects are a post-production affair. She needs to hear the textures as she lays 'em down.

I'm already sold on the PS02, really. It sounds like an amazing tool. Almost makes me want to get one.

Answer to your questions is yes, you hear effects as they are being recorded, goes for mic and any instrument via input.
