Can you fast forward / rewind with it ???

| I've just been through the manual twice and don't see any mention of anything like fastforward/rewind. Does this mean you have to wait for 3 minutes everytime you want to listen to the last chorus of your song?
Setting it up for auto/punch is a pain, I just want to listen to it normally and try some harmonies. Please tell me I'm missing something. I won't be able to deal with this thing unless there's a function like this. Even my microcassette recorder has one!

when it is playing your song
press the play button to pause the song
now use the big button (not the up/down ones)
push it left and right to forward and reverse
the track
the manual doesn't mention this because it's crap

i meant to write push it "up and down"
to ff/reverse
and NOT left to right

If you are in the audio mode it is slower than if you are in the rhythm mode when you fast forward or rewind.
