MIXEFX question

After you finish a song and put the final mixdown effect on it, is there a way to transfer that mixdown effect with it to a computer to make a wav file? Or do you have to actually play the recording and rerecord it with something like Soundforge or Sound Studio?

Thanks,

Barak

The best (IMHO) way to transfer music from the PS-02 to the computer is to use the headphone output (or the 1/4" output) plugged into the "line in" on the sound card of the computer. Then, open Sound Forge, Goldwave, N-Track, or whatever you have, and set up the software for stereo recording. When ready, click on the "record" button for the software, while simultaneously pressing the "play" button on the PS-02...piece of cake! Then the fun really begins with compression, reverb, fade-in, fade-out, etc. I recommend doing all the "tweaking" to the .wav file before conversion down to MP3...just my 2 cents.
