Okay, thanks to all the info on this board I made the leap and bought the PS02.
It was only $239 including tax (depending on where you live) and free shipping, too! It's B-Stock (they said it might have a slight blem), but it has a full warranty from ZOOM so I thought I'd go for it. It says they have a limited amount, so here's the link if you're interested.
The reason I went with the Zoom is twofold. One: I went and checked out the Pandora. It felt soooo cheep (crummy plastic) and it was really confusing.
But the main reason is there are no sights where people talk about how much they love it, or ways to hack it, etc.
You guys have a way to help each other and offer new ideas as well.
That made Zoom seem obvious choice.

I am amazed they have not referenced this site or the software produced by Armin.
Surely they would do more to remote their product if they did ?

That's $272, significantly more. I'm guessing the shipping from England would be a lot, where as it's free from the other place. There may also be VAT. I can't tell for sure since their site is under construction and doesn't actually have any products on it.
If there isn't VAT or shipping then it would be the cheepest I've seen for a new player. I'd just be a bit weary to order from a site that doesn't have any products on it and has no rep.
