What about a sharing facility?December 1 2001, 11:10 AM

Well Done!

I'd been planning to make a web page where users can submit their user.pch file, mark the patches they want to submit and they'd go into a big pool. Everyone could then browse through them and select the ones they wanted to download and the web page would send out a new user.pch.

We could have a ratings system so you could see which patches people liked, etc...

Anyone still interested in such a thing? (Will save me a lot of trouble if there is no interest)

I'm not sure if you're entering that path name or if the program is mistaken, but those path slashes are backwards. Also, it may not like the space in the directory name. Try moving it somewhere else and try again.

Armin ... very slick but what does the button, just below the close "X" button do, at the top right of application?

Chris,

Certainly! A patch sharing web site would be great!

After pressing this button the tool is always the top window (before all windows on your desktop).

Do you use Win95 ?

(The same as 0.2 - but 0.2 works not under Win95)

Damm w95
I only use w2k so I cant test it - sorry.
Give version 0.4 a try (I removed the overlap and security flag - win95 cant handle this)
Please give me feedback - even in case if it works for you.

File Name Buffer?December 10 2001, 12:15 AM

I installed the program and the extra runtime files. When I run the librarian, its starts out fine. But everytime I try to load a file, I select a .pch file from my smartmedia disk, and I get this error message:

"The file name buffer is too small to store the selected file name(s). (Increase max file size)"

What am I doing wrong? How do I change the file name buffer?

Dont know !
Try copying the file to your harddisk first.
