I just want to ask you, if your PS-02 also gets quite warm when turned on for longer than half an hour. It works correctly (exept the loss of data i described in "urgent"), but IŽd like to know if your PS stays cool or heats up as well.

El Barto ... mine is barely warm to the touch on the backside ... just above room temperature. Does it also get hot when on batteries? If it does, I bet they don't last long at all. If it's OK with batteries and doesn't get hot when running on batteries, I would start looking into the AC power adapter ... i.e. check it's voltage output. My power adapter is just a little warmer than my PS-02. Good luck.

Been playing with mine all day (PS02 that is) and it's barely warm. The wall wart get pretty hot after an hour or two though.
