uploading songs

hello
how do i post up a tune i have made?
so that it can be listened to
do i have to go through setting up a website
and associated hassles, or is there an easier way
that i can set it out on its journey to peoples ears

Just to be clear, please only send me MP3 files encoded at 128 kbs, in stereo. If you don't know what any of that means, read this http://help.mp3.com/help/article/general_convert.html for starters.

A good free converter is Cdex, which you can find at download.com
